11/28 - Started Liquid Diet

I started a liquid diet (primarily Slim Fast). This was recommended by a surgeon I ended up not choosing. The purpose of the diet is to reduce the size of my liver, which will help during the surgery. My surgeon, Dr. Pomp, when asked what I could do to help make the surgery go as well as possible recommended trying to lose some weight – so here I am, trying to lose some weight before my surgery.
