15k run and qualifying for 2008 NYC Marathon

Yesterday I did a 15k run. I haven't been running a lot since the marathon. First it was due to my recovery schedule and then because I had a cold. It was a tough run for me since I haven't been running much. The positive, I was able to go out and run a 15k without doing a lot of running before hand, that says a lot about my fitness level now.

The other good news - it was the last race I needed to qualify for the 2008 NYC Marathon. So, I am good to go for next year!
